Subject: To/From/Subject Header Not Printing On Lotus 8.5 Emails

The to/from/subject header just stopped printing on my Lotus emails today. I tried re-starting Lotus and also double-clicking on the emails (opening them up) before printing. Still no change here with the header not printing. There doesn't seem to be very many options with regard to this functionality in Lotus so I have no idea how to get this header printing again. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
